Individual therapy isn't just about growth, it's also about accepting ourselves just as we are. Oftentimes we have limiting beliefs or thought patterns that get in our own way and prevent us from being our truest self. My therapy is going to focus on listening clearly to your issues and providing a warm, compassionate environment that will help you more forward in your life. Some examples of individual cases I have treated are:

-Individuals struggling with depression, self-esteem, and suicidal ideation

-Individuals wanting to feel mastery over a traumatic event
